Admission Process

Riley ABA & Autism Center is dedicated to making your admissions process as smooth as possible, which is why we have experienced administrative staff who will help you navigate through each step. We are also here to answer any questions you have about your health insurance policy or ABA benefits.
There are six steps to the application process.

6 Easy Steps to Enroll

Complete the Application

Submitting your information securely using the online application is the quickest and most effective way of acquiring information on services, benefits and beginning therapy.

Provide Documents

• Insurance Card
• Diagnostic Report
• Prescription

Please submit the above documents by email, fax or through our secure Online Application so that we can begin checking coverage with your insurance company.

Intake

Our administrative team will verify your ABA insurance coverage and contact you to let you know about your treatment options, your anticipated waiting list period and answer any questions that you may have.

Assessment

Our administrative team will work with you to schedule your child's initial evaluation. A comprehensive  intake packet will need to be completed and returned to our administrative team prior to your assessment time.

Discuss a Plan

You and your child will meet with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to complete the initial evaluation and to collaborate with you on a treatment plan and schedule.

Start Services!

Our office manager will contact you to let you know your child's services have been authorized by your insurance company and to set your start date! You will also be instructed to complete the Welcome Packet which contains important information pertaining to your child’s safety and rights while receiving therapy.
